The Club at the Neptune is for the discerning concert goer who wants the premier theatre experience. Club upgrades ensure seating within the reserved Club section and give access to VIP bar services so that your night is spent enjoying the show!

 

Benefits of Upgrading your Tickets to The Club Section

Priority Theatre Entry - Club patrons are invited to enter the theater prior to the general public.

Seating - Club seating is located on the main floor, on the first tier of the 21+ section which sits in front of the main bar. This level is raised providing the ability to sit with perfect sightlines even at a general admission standing show. Seating within the reserved Club section is first-come-first served.

Dedicated Bar Service – Receive exclusive bar access where you’ll avoid lines and receive expedited attention.

 

How to Purchase

Buy Online: Choose your show, select the second General Admission ticket button, enter the number of Club seats desired, and then look for the upgrade fee to be included in addition to the standard per-ticket fees.

Cost: The upgrade fee is added onto the base ticket price. Upgrade fees range from $20 - $50.

What time do the doors open? The theatre’s doors open one hour prior to the scheduled show time.

Where do I enter the theatre? Enter through the front doors. If you arrive before the doors open, look for “The Club” sign which serves as the meeting spot for priority entry.

How do I receive my Club pass? Seats marked by a "The Club" cover designate the reserved section. Show your tickets to the usher designated to this area who will give you your access pass to be worn at all times. Please wear your pass on your chest so that it’s easily identified by the theatre and bar staff.

Where is the Club bar? Purchase drinks with ease by showing your Club pass under the Club sign located on the left side of the bar.
