STG Presents WICKED October 10 – November 17, 2012 at The Paramount Theatre in Seattle.
The October 18th performance is a special benefit for Washington United for Marriage. Click here for tickets and more information.
A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of orchestra seats will be held for WICKED, which is returning to The Paramount Theatre with performances from Wednesday, October 10 through Saturday, November 17.
Two and one-half hours prior to each performance, people who present themselves at The Paramount Theatre box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum; thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only.
This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person. Lottery participants must have a valid photo ID when submitting their entry form and, if chosen, when purchasing tickets.
This lottery will not take place for the Thursday, October 18 performance.
Back by “Popular” demand. Variety calls WICKED "a cultural phenomenon,” and when it last played Seattle in 2009, it broke box office records and sold out in record time. Winner of 35 major awards, including a Grammy and three Tony Awards, WICKED is “Broadway’s biggest blockbuster” (The New York Times).
Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in Munchkinland, two girls meet in the land of Oz. One - born with emerald green skin - is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good makes for "the most complete - and completely satisfying - new musical in a long time" (USA Today).
Sunday, November 4th at 1pm and Sunday, November 11th at 1pm.
