COVID-19 Update

As we all navigate this trying time, we at STG appreciate the leadership of Governor Inslee, County Executive Dow Constantine, and Mayor Jenny Durkan. We are continuing to work closely with them to ensure the health and well-being of our community before anything else. As the situation progresses, we will continue to place our programs and performances on hold until it is safe for all of us to gather together once again to celebrate the arts. Please rest assured that this is only intermission, and we will see all of you in our theatres soon!

Please consider doing whatever you are able to support STG during this challenging time. Donations of any amount will be helpful as we work to undertake an anticipated multimillion-dollar shortfall.

Thanks to STG’s Board of Directors and The Bradley Family Foundation, as of today, every donation made in support of STG's annual fundraiser will be matched 1:1 to help raise $1M in critical support for STG's beloved historic theatres and the amazing performances that grace our stages, as well as our Education & Community Programs. If you donate between now and May 2nd, your gift will be doubled!

We are still working to reschedule all performances that have been postponed. Your patience with us is greatly appreciated, as this process may take some time. We will directly email patrons regarding the status of each performance as details are confirmed. The most up-to-date status for each event is available on our calendar.

If your event has been cancelled, all tickets + parking paid for via credit card will be automatically refunded. Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or STG. STG is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

In the event that we are instead able to reschedule your event, you will be notified of the postponement, and we will share new event details as soon as we have them. Please be patient, as we remain dedicated to presenting as many performances in the future as possible, and it will take some to work with all scheduled performers.

**In our attempt to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, Seattle Theatre Group has decided it is in the best interest of our patrons and staff to close all of our box office windows until further notice. Please note that if a show has been officially cancelled, and you paid with a credit card, you do not need to reach out for a refund as they will be processed automatically. Due to high volume, your refund may take up to 21 business days for the money to be back in your account. Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or STG. STG is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
