**In our attempt to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, Seattle Theatre Group has decided it is in the best interest of our patrons and staff to close all of our box office windows until further notice. Please note that if a show has been officially cancelled, and you paid with a credit card, you do not need to reach out for a refund as they will be processed automatically. Due to high volume, your refund may take up to 21 business days for the money to be back in your account. Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or STG. STG is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
