We have been moving as many of our programs online as possible, while placing other programs and performances on hold until it is once again safe for all of us to gather and celebrate the arts together. To date, we have cancelled or rescheduled over 300 performance at our theatres. We are committed to our patron promise, which ensures the option of a refund for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, STG, or Broadway Across America for performances that either reschedule or cancel due to COVID-19.
When we open our doors again, rest assured that we will be welcoming our patrons back in to the safest environment possible. We will work with government and health officials to exceed required guidelines, while being mindful that those guidelines will likely continue to evolve. To proactively prepare, we are in the midst of creating a reopening plan that will not be activated until it has been approved by government and health officials. Some of the changes that we are expecting to make might include new cleaning and sanitization processes throughout our buildings, temperature checks for staff and patrons, hand washing and hand sanitization stations, social distancing guidelines in the lobby and restroom areas, and a requirement to wear a mask inside our venues. Please note that this plan is continuing to evolve, and we will absolutely communicate final guidelines to our patrons prior to reopening our doors.
