About Arts Class Video Sessions
STG offers ongoing pre-recorded arts class video sessions that are free and open to educators, students, families, community groups, artists, and beyond!
Videos are led and created by STG Teaching Artists and offer a variety of genres including dance, music, and musical theatre.
These pre-recorded art class video sessions are offered as part of STG's Digital Access Program, which includes a variety of livestreamed and recorded events open to the public, as well as digital versions of existing STG Education & Community Programs.
Please consider making a contribution towards supporting STG in continuing important current digital programs and in the future!
The BrainDance is a series of 8 movement patterns that connects with the different parts of our brains and can help us feel more awake, grounded, and refreshed. The BrainDance was created by Anne Green Gilbert of Creative Dance Center in Seattle, Washington. Our STG Teaching Artists have adapted the BrainDance to create musical theatre variations that also warm up our voices and imaginations, in addition to our bodies and brains. The BrainDance is friendly for all ages and abilities.
