Where are my tickets?

All ticket barcodes can be viewed on your mobile device using STG Account Manager. You’ll need to sign in using the email address associated with your STG Account. If you can’t remember your password, click on the link that says, “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the prompts.

Where can I park near The Paramount Theatre?

We suggest the Washington State Convention Center garage for shows at The Paramount Theatre.

We highly recommend using the entrance and exit located on Pike Street between 9th Avenue and Boren Avenue (marked with a “P” on the map). Other garage entrances and exits may become congested with traffic. You can find alternative directions to the garage on the WSCC website.

When entering the garage, take a parking ticket. Put this ticket in a safe place, like a wallet or purse, along with your STG parking pass. You will need the garage’s parking ticket and STG parking pass as you exit the garage.

As you exit the garage, put the garage’s parking ticket into the machine. When prompted for payment, then you’ll put in your STG parking pass.

You can park at the WSCC garage for up to 10 hours maximum, beginning 2 hours prior to the event’s start time and up to 1 hour after the event ends. If you park for longer than 10 hours, follow the prompts when exiting to pay the difference due. The WSCC garage is open until midnight every day.

If you need to drop off passengers before parking, there is a loading zone outside the main theatre doors on Pine Street at the intersection with 9th Avenue.

Where can I park near The Moore Theatre?

STG offers discounted parking passes to the garage located at 3rd Avenue and Stewart Street for shows at The Moore Theatre. The entrance is on Stewart St. next to Enterprise Rent-a-Car and across the street from Macy’s building.

Can I add another show to my Subscription?

Of course! You can always add tickets for STG Season shows to your Subscription. You can add more tickets or new shows online using STG Account Manager.

How many tickets can I buy per event?

For most events we enforce an 8 ticket limit for BYO Subscription tickets.

If you do not adhere to our ticket limit, we have the right to cancel your entire ticket order and may restrict ticket purchases in the future.

How do I donate my tickets?

Donations are gladly accepted for tickets that can’t be used or exchanged, and we will send you a donation receipt after the donation has been processed. We request a minimum of 3 business days for donations, and additional notice is preferable.

How do I exchange my tickets?

Tickets purchased as part of your BYO Subscription may be exchanged for another performance of the same event, or for any non-Broadway performance in the STG Season. We make every effort to exchange your tickets for comparable seating; however, comparable seating is not guaranteed and exchanges are made using the best available seating. For the best seating, we recommend exchanging your tickets before the performance goes on sale to the public.

Any additional charges due to more expensive tickets will be added to a card on file. Any difference from tickets exchanged to lower priced seating will not be refunded.

Tickets must be exchanged no later than 3 business days prior to your originally scheduled performance or the performance you are requesting, whichever comes first. Office hours are Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm PST.

How to exchange your tickets:

  • Online: Manage your tickets 24/7 using STG Account Manager. Please note there is a $2 fee for online exchanges. If you forgot your password, you can request to reset it via email on the sign-in page.
  • In person: The Paramount Theatre Box Office located on the corner of 9th Avenue and Pine Street in downtown Seattle; open M, W, F, 10 am – 6 pm.

Accessibility & Other Information

For the most up-to-date information about Accessible Seating, ASL or Open Caption shows, and more, you can visit our webpage about Accessibility.

All children must have a ticket, regardless of age. Babes in arms are not permitted except for specific events. Parents/guardians are discouraged from bringing children younger than 4 years of age unless the event is specifically geared to this audience. Call the BYO Subscription Department to verify performance-specific information.

ADA or wheelchair-accessible seating may be purchased in person at the box offices or by calling the BYO Subscription Department. Phone orders are only accepted from Subscribers and limited to Subscription events.

The Paramount, Moore, and Neptune Theatres are wheelchair accessible on the orchestra level. There is no elevator in any of our theatres, but The Neptune does have ramps to the front of the balcony. Each of our accessible seat locations is slightly elevated and houses an easily removable, armless freestanding chair. These chairs are for patrons with mobility impairments and their companions. If you require the space for a wheelchair, an usher will remove the freestanding chair when you arrive.

For General Admission performances, patrons needing accessible accommodations should purchase standard General Admission tickets. When you arrive at the show, you will have priority access to accessible sections. Ushers will be available to assist.

At The Paramount Theatre, assisted-listening devices, binoculars, and booster seats for children are available at the Friends of STG booth in the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis.
