Why should I subscribe over buying single tickets?

There are so many benefits to being a subscriber if you are planning on seeing three or more shows! First off, you will be supporting STG as a nonprofit and helping us with our education and community programs in addition to presenting fantastic live performances. Subscriber seats are discounted over single tickets prices and you have access to the best seats before the general public. Additionally, you will save on the Ticketmaster single ticket fees. There is flexibility with exchanges, free parking and personalized customer service.

When will tickets be delivered?

All tickets default to mobile delivery. STG Subscribers can view and manage tickets online using STG Account Manager.

With mobile delivery, your tickets must be viewed on STG Account Manager from a mobile web browser on your phone. Your ticket barcodes may not be visible until much closer to each performance’s scheduled date. PLEASE NOTE: as a security precaution, mobile ticket barcodes now update every several seconds. You CANNOT screenshot mobile tickets any longer. You must view them online using STG Account Manager in order for them to scan properly. To share your mobile tickets, you must use the online ticket transfer option.

How do I build my subscription package?

There is a minimum of three STG core series performances to create a subscription; you would start by picking three of these core performances from the eclectic music and dance shows that are not the Broadway performances. After adding three core STG performances, the subscription can be expanded to a larger package adding in the Broadway performances. Thus, Broadway performances are added as the fourth, fifth, sixth, etc. performance in your package.

How many tickets can I buy per event?

For most Broadway and non-Season events we enforce an 8-ticket limit. However, many Performing Arts Season events have a healthy discount for group orders of 10 or more people. Five+ Show subscriptions receive FREE parking. Details on requesting your parking passes for shows at the Paramount and Moore Theatres will be emailed to you in summer 2023. Free passes will be paper vouchers that will be mailed to you before the season begins.

Does my child need a ticket?

All children must have a ticket, regardless of age. Babes in arms are not permitted except for specified events. Parents/guardians are discouraged from bringing children younger than 4 years of age unless the event is specifically geared to this audience. Call the Subscription Department to verify performance-specific information.

What is the difference between a full STG Performing Arts Series subscription package versus a full Broadway at the Paramount package?

STG Performing Arts Series (formerly known as Build Your Own) is our 'in house' curated fine arts series. Venues include The Paramount, The Moore and The Neptune. The core performances are an eclectic mix of individual local and touring artist featuring music, dance and cultural productions. After adding three core STG performances, the subscription packages can be expanded to a larger package adding in the Broadway performances. STG Performing Arts Series subscribers have first access to seats for our core STG performances and access to seats to Broadway performances before they go on sale to the general public as single tickets. Renewing subscribers get a week of exclusive access to seats before new subscribers can start creating subscriptions.

Broadway at the Paramount (also known as Broadway Across America) is our partner and with them we co-present national Broadway theatre touring shows. The only venue is The Paramount. They have their own full season subscriptions which consist of specific shows and additional shows that can be added on as extras. Their full subscription goes on sale to their subscribers before our STG Performing Arts Series launches. Broadway full season subscribers have first access to seats for Broadway shows before STG Performing Arts Series subscribers and then single ticket buyers.
