L.N. Rosenbaum
Hungarian born L.N. Rosenbaum was a financial agent, promotor and developer of enterprises and the Seattle (Paramount) Theatre visionary. He was a gentleman with a reputation for honesty, integrity and soundness of character. He proposed a grand movie palace to be built at 9th and Pine. Financed and built by Rosenbaum’s Paramount Building Corporation, designed by nationally recognized theater architects Rapp & Rapp and operated by Fox West Coast Theatres for Adolph Zukors Publix Theatre Chain it opened March 1, 1928.
