Transitioning between an internship and the workforce?
Individuals in our apprenticeship program are given projects and opportunities that will challenge them and help them refine their administrative skills.

Technical Theatre Apprenticeship at Kerry Hall
Technical Theatre Apprenticeship participants will gain hands-on experience in theatre technical production, developing a versatile skillset across audio, lighting, and backstage operations. They’ll work alongside seasoned stage professionals and contribute to live events and productions throughout STG’s venues. By the end of the apprenticeship, participants will be well-prepared for entry-level roles in their chosen technical theatre fields.
Applications are now closed for the year. Please check back June 2027.
Disney Musicals in Schools and Broadway Inclusion Program
Apprenticeship provides professional development opportunities to train in music theater education, working with a co-teacher, accessibility best practices, and student engagement skills. Additionally, they will be placed at one of our DMIS Year 1 schools to shadow teaching artists and put their training to work under their guidance. The apprenticeship runs September through May. Additional one-off work opportunities in our Education and Broadway related programming may become available.
