STG presents over 500 events annually at the Paramount, Moore, Neptune Theatres, Remlinger Farms, as well as at venues and community spaces throughout the region. Beyond the stage, STG invests in Education & Community Engagement programs through arts learning opportunities prioritizing historically excluded communities. How You Can Help
Save-a-Seat campaign supporters will become part of the fabric of the magnificent Paramount Theatre through an honorary seat plaque which will accompany the refurbished seats, recognizing you or a loved one.
Choose your plaque location:
- $5,000 – Main Floor First 5 Rows
- $2,500 – Front Half of Main Floor
- $1,000 – Second Half of Main Floor & First Mezzanine
- $500 – Second Mezzanine
- $250 – Third Mezzanine

Seat plaque text is determined by the donor but has character limitations and is subject to STG approval. The longevity of the plaques will correlate to this rendition of the seats. Loge seat plaques are available to Club members only. STG recently refurbished the seats and installed plaques. For new donations, we’ll install your plaque within the year. Existing gifts and pledges cannot be applied to seat naming.
Questions & Answers
What do I receive when I make a gift to Save-a-Seat?
Each seat donation is commemorated with a personalized, engraved brass plaque on a seat in the section that corresponds to your gift level. Donors who give $500 or more will also be recognized in Encore programs and on the donor listings in the theatre lobbies.
What will be on my seat plaque?
You may choose to inscribe your own name, yourself plus your partner or other family members, or you may recognize a relative, friend, company, etc. You may also use phrases such as “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” to further personalize your seat plaque. Seat plaque text is determined by the donor but has character limitations and is subject to STG approval.
Where will the seat plaque be placed?
Your seat plaque will be on the armrest of a seat in the seat section that corresponds to your gift level. Plaques will be clearly visible to others. The location of your seat plaque will be communicated after installation.
May I choose a specific seat for my plaque?
You may make a request for a specific seat location as long as the section corresponds with your giving level. We cannot guarantee specific seat locations.
May I purchase a group of seats? Is there a discount if I donate in support of more than one seat?
Yes, you may purchase more than one seat and STG will ensure that your seat plaques are grouped together. There is no discount if you purchase more than one seat.
Will the seat that hosts my plaque become my seat for performances I attend?
This is a naming opportunity only and does not imply ownership of the seat nor does it reserve the use of the seat for performances.
When will the seat refurbishing be complete and when will the plaques be installed?
STG recently refurbished the seats and installed plaques. For new donations, we’ll install your plaque within the year.
Will my plaque be permanent?
The longevity of the plaques will correlate to this rendition of the seats. It is our hope that these seats will last at least as long as the current ones which have been in place for 28 years.
I already made a donation this season. Do I qualify for a plaque?
Existing gifts and pledges cannot be applied to seat naming.
Can I make a gift in a different amount other than what is listed?
Absolutely! We welcome gifts in all amounts. However, any contribution under $250 will not qualify for a seat plaque. For gifts over $5,000, we can work with you to customize your benefit.
Is purchasing a seat plaque tax-deductible?
Seattle Theatre Group is a 501[c] 3 nonprofit arts organization and contributions to Save-a-Seat are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Federal Tax ID: 94-3130227
How can I pay by check or donor advised fund?
Please mail checks to Seattle Theatre Group and reference Save-a-Seat in the memo line or gift description. If your honorary plaque text is not included with your check, please email giving@stgpresents.org with that detail.
